Chef Wei hrn Team Singapore is the CHAMPION Asian Pastry chef of the year 2017
Fantastic achievement for him while representing Singapore and we fully achknowledge that it was singapore who should take the full credential to nurture him , Train him and give him this opportunity to reach this platform. I always respected singapore for their openness in accepting Pastry chefs and support them. No wonder the country have a such a great talents always ready to perform
This is not the first time Chef Wei hrn is participating in an international competition.The Pictures below are from SIGEP Junior world Pastry cup 2017 in Italy earlier this year where he was again participating with his team
