Top Pattissier in Asia 2017
Well , Its always in Genes , Chef Otto from Academy was winner of Top Pastry chefs of Asia 2017 in Shanghai
Best Part of the competition was that it was first time Malaysia was able to beat Japan in any International Pastry Competition and its a great achievement in itself
Very funny , Unpredictable and super cool chef who was just superb all throughout the competition. I am sure it was a bit of pressure on him to he was already Asia Pastry champion 2014 and 4 th in the World Pastry Cup 2015 in France
Team Philippines was also the the competition and we are always healthy and open in helping each other out
For Me it was great opportunity to watch this Competition live and cheers up both the teams
