The Academy have great facilities starting from a lounge for visitors, a restaurant, small café serving drinks, juices & students lounge. These areas are exclusively for students only.
Restaurant & Lounge is exclusively for students to have food and drinks during their breaks.
There is a 84 Seater amphitheatre for chefs to meet, buffet presentation and Master chefs seminars.
A huge Board room is for students to have their theory classes.
We have 9 Pastry Kitchens, 2 Bakery and 4 Hot Kitchens. All the kitchens are very well equipped to conduct world class workshops.
