The Advanced Diploma in Culinary Arts at APCA is a comprehensive 9-month program crafted for those who aspire to become professional chefs in today’s global culinary landscape. Students receive hands-on training in classical and modern cuisine, international cooking techniques, hotels culinary, fine dining plating, kitchen operations, and more—mentored by award-winning chefs with global experience.

With access to paid international internship opportunities in destinations like France, Spain, Italy, Australia, the Maldives, and Mauritius, this program equips graduates with the skills, creativity, confidence, and global exposure needed to thrive in top kitchens or launch versatile culinary careers worldwide.
